The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a top floor corner room and had brilliant views of the city. Bed was comfortable; I slept very well every night and it was nice to have a bathtub as well as a shower to soak in. The location of the hotel is very good. Buses on the main road outside City Hall will take you to Ulsan KTX train station in about an hour and also to Taehwagang station in the opposite direction. Ilsan Beach is probably just over an hour away as well by bus. There is a really nice coffee shop a few doors along from the hotel and a 7/11 convenience store on the corner if you need to buy snacks or top up your TMoney card. I enjoyed my short stay at Ashton and I would come back again if visiting Ulsan.

The size of the room, the cleanliness and the location of the accommodation was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. I liked the facility of the room (hairdryer, more than two towels, charger etc.).

The hotel was nice and standard. We got what we paid for. The bathroom was very nice and so was the layout of the room. Would stay here again upon visiting Ulsan.

Really nice view and the room was bright and clean, very spacious and comfy. There’s a swimming pool in the rooftop and few restaurants as well. There was always someone at the reception and the staff were kind.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It has a parking lot, which is a great convenience. Due to my job, I frequently travel to Ulsan, and this hotel makes my stays effortless—I never need to look for another place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I haven’t encountered any issues during my stays. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again next time.

We had brunch sets in the restaurant for about $20. The lady in charge was diligent and kind. Our brunch consisted of a plate of French toast with cream cheese and coffee and another plate of toast and sausage and scrambled eggs that both came with black coffee. We had thought it was a bit pricey but the taste was very delicious. We recommend trying it if you want to stay in the hotel to relax. The ambience of this place is lovely.

The view from the hotel was really cool, I had a corner room and really enjoyed watching the city panorama. Everything about the room was perfect, really clean and well equipped bathroom, bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Perfect location near City hall bus stop (almost every bus stops here), perfect connection for KTX trains.
